The first two pics are how my GS looks now. Bone stock. The next two are how I want it to look. Once im done with my mods under the hood (ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED) I'm going to paint it then comes the lift since I have my rims already fron a previous buick. Tell me what you guys think. I know it's not for everybody, but I love BIG WHEELS, and I love THE GS.

If you're planning on running those wheels, you should seriously consider getting a built tranny to handle them. Then maybe look into doing a 12" brake upgrade .

A few cars come to mind when I hear 24s

And for an extreme look

But in all seriousness , this is probably pushing it with size. Think these are 22s

So your old Buick was the black one in the pictures?

What he said, those large wheels are exceptionally hard on an already marginal transmission. I saw your other post and the power level you were desiring to get. At that point, even on the stock wheels you stand a high likelihood of destroying a stock transmission in a short time.

Thanks a lot felaz, you dudes, are extremely helpfull. Guess its gonna be a while before I can ride high!!! lol Any idea what a built trans,is gonna run me? Would I be better off having the stock one built? And I seriously want that power, I saw a 03 GTP on 24's on the track smoke a camaro. So I know its possible. And I wanna do it. I plan on keeping this one for some time so i't probably gonna become my money pit.

Well it can be done. The thing is it probably wouldn't last long. I mentioned the tranny thing just so that you're aware that its gonna happen. The price of a tranny depends on what you want done to it. I don't know what would need to be done for it to stand up to the work it needs to do. Search around the forum and are what other members have paid for their trannys so you can get an idea. You can use your stock one and have it built up but this would mean your car is out of commission while you get it done. I'm curious though, how do you lift one of these cars? lol. Anyways I've seen guys on here pay around 2200-2500 for a transmission that will handle the plans you have your GS.

Not exactly sure how they lift them but i know a shop that will do it for $250 bucks. Not bad, and it will make full U turns without rubbing. And $2500 is perfect, thats about what i was expecting to pay!!! So again, thanks a lot for all your help.
