The majority of people on fb are annoying.

@  ejguillot : (21 September 2018 - 03:03 PM)

Agreed. I'd rather pay money to keep this site going than be on Facebook and having everything on there be used to make a buck for Zuck and company.

@  Vicious6 : (20 September 2018 - 01:48 PM)

We need to get this place moving again! Post link to this site on every social media site you know! Been around too long and we can't let it go down..........

@  Vicious6 : (20 September 2018 - 01:08 PM)

Seems everyone is too stressed to be online and worried about where their next meal is coming from! Rough times right now!

So the other day my Regal starts bucking and stuttering for no reason. I took off the TB, cleaned the hell outta of, scraped and vacuumed some hardened carbon outta the vacuum port on the SC, cleaned the MAF and IAC and put it all back together. Now it does it very lightly and intermittently but it's there. When it first started it also threw the following codes

P0102
P1122
P0440
P0300
P0122

I then noticed the wiring harness got mangled a bit by the drive belt

Can I just sand off that corrosion and shrink wrap/tape it up? Or should I cut those sections out and resolder them?

id cut and re solder them together. if they have been bare for a while you'll find dark wire inside the insulation when you strip it back.  if you find that, you need to cut it all out to clean shinny copper.

if thats the crank harness you can just replace it, they tend to fail with age.

Ah nvm, it's not the crank harness. It's the one with the IAC, MAF, TPS, etc. The much bigger one
