Just replaced the crank sensor cause I am getting a quick jerk from intermittent missfire on throttle at any throttle position. I replaced the cam sensor a month ago but I soon figured out after the sensor replacement the magnet in the cam is gone so the sensor is not working from this.
What I have noticed before I changed the crank sensor is the 3x signal matches the rpm of the engine perfectly, but, the 18x signal matches the rpm up until 1606 rpms and that is all the higher it goes. The new sensor is a BWD from advance and it is doing the exact same thing of the original GM sensor I just took out.
Is this correct or am I missing something?
