Hi everyone,

It's been a long time since I posted, and longer than that since I started the project build on a 98 GS.  Today's topic: With the parts I'm putting on the engine build, what would you estimate WHP to be?

Pulley size: negotiable.

42lb injectors.  May upgrade to 60's and uprated fuel pump and run E85

180 degree thermostat

Intense Motorsport Stage 1X cam, stock rockers/pushrods/lifters

Ported heads with oversize valves (Bought these from Robert Moschella, who was once active here many years ago.)

Short stack intercooler (Bought that used years ago as well, I know that an full stack would be better)

Port matched LIM

Gen 3 blower, will do light porting to outlet, and port/polish intake

Northstar TB, LS series MAF (bought so long ago, will have to look up the part number), drawing from fenderwell CAI.

XSPower 3800 headers, dumping into Hogan Performance 2.5" single mandrel bent exhaust. (Maybe I should have gotten the 3" instead.)

Dynomax VT muffler.

Computer tune: Will have to be redone to match this setup.  For the purpose of this estimate, assume a proper tune. Redline to be set at 6200 RPM, until I can get a crank dampener that can handle higher.

Put your guesses below! From what I've read in this forum, should be at least 300WHP.

My guess would be around 300 pending pulley size.
And then if you go E85 and even smaller pulley maybe 320-330?
