Getting closer.  Now that the misfire has moved, you narrowed the possibilities.  Remembering my first Six Sigma training...isolate the variables.

Get a new plug in there.  The ceramic on the plug could be cracked.  Swap a wire from a different cylinder to see if the misfire follows the wire or stays on #5.  Swap a coil around to see if the misfire follows the coil or stays on #5.  Plugs, wires, and coils can be bad even when new.  This is a cheap way to move your diagnosis forward.  Also, when you had the injectors out, did you move the suspect injector to a different cylinder?  Your goal is to isolate each of the variables...plug, wire, coil, injector, etc.

With all those things done and the misfire stays on #5, I have to ask if there is a chance that you chipped a piston?

I've heard that can happen too. Crazy, but makes sense.

Your radiator cap determines when coolant flows to the reservoir. If the rating of the cap is too high to open, it will hold pressure in the system above atmospheric pressure. I had the same problem. I couldn't fully bleed the system because the high pressure cap would not allow air and coolant back to the reservoir. Yep, I still have a brand new 17 lb. cap in a box somewhere. Can't remember now, but I think the stock is 16 lb.
