Sorry to hear about your troubles. As a reputable dealer these stories always pain me. Since the particular dealer already knows your truck's case & you can have further repair without cost I would suggest having them finish their work but wait on the truck while its repaired. Schedule the appointment w/ it understood upfront what they will be doing, how long it will take (approximately), that you will be waiting on it, & verify prior to the repair that the part is in stock. Also reiterate to the Service Advisor when you take it in what happen last time while the truck was in their care, custody & control. That seems like the best option. If waiting is not an option due to work then have a spouse, parent, significant other, etc. wait or drop it off before work & pick up at lunch break.

I would suggest a different dealer but at this point there would be a whole new learning curve & possible additional diagnosis expense.

M_Dogg just treated me like I was a customer at the Ritz Carlton!

I had never purchased anthing from him in the past let alone had a converstion with him. He was very quick on the responses, was fair on the negotiations, and kept me up to date on the status and sent tracking numbers. I received the package in a timely manner. Excellent service!

Definitely would do business with this fellow RegalGS.org member again! Just thought I needed to share.
