What kind of issues is it having?
The -HD in 4T65E-HD is really just the differential, which can be swapped between transmissions. However, most NA cars have a lower final drive ratio than SC cars. If you will open the case, you can swap the sprockets, but it sounds like you just want to pop a transmission in and go.
Low-mileage on an old car is hard to come by. By 150,000 you can plan on the 4th hub going, the chains being stretched and possible loss of input speed reluctor wheel. The Pressure control solenoid is probably also due. So do compare the cost of a rebuild only (you pull transmission and put it back in) to the cost of a junkyard transmission.
