the torque app will read kr and many other things. needs to have droid phone or tablet to work, or a aeroforce gauge also will work for kr and a host of other things to scan,
if your air fuel gauge is a real wideband with a o2 sensor, you'd like to see 11's to low 12's. if its not a real wideband you bought a light show.

How about kr? I know zero would be the answer to that one but if it's not zero, how much kr is okay and how much is bad?
if your stock it really dont matter much, 2 degrees or so is kinda normal. modded you dont want anything more then a blip here and there.
a 3 inch down pipe can kill off that little bit of kr. or a set of headers, then you can drop to a 3.4 or a 3.6. or add meth and drop right to a 3.2 lol you need a tuner for meth tho.
keep in mind for every 1 degree of kr the pcm takes away 2 degrees of timing, so say you got 3 degrees kr, and your are at 16º wot timing, you now have 10 degrees timing as it trys to save its self. no kr you get all your timing and the car feels much stronger.
